i think I need another 24" lighting

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think i need better lighting for my 20 gallon tall, reef
right now i am running a 24" glo t-5
and just a reg aquarium lighting hood

I just moved ever one out of my 15 gal long
as my toad stool coral was almost at the top
and my devils hand doing great
my zoas had for a yr were doing great ,that were in my 15 gal long until I think were getting eating from a huge out break of amphipods ( less and less zoas ever day)
they were crawling all over my tank and pulling on my zoas (caught them one night with flash light, now my zoas, are not opening.
devils hand and toad stool are doing great, as with my little carpet thingy (at least i think it is)
had those guys for almost a yr
20 gal
-devils hand( doing great)
-toad stool(doing great)
-little kinda carpet thingy(sorry) :O)doing great
-green zoas still not opening after the move
- pulsing xenia(new)
-gsp( new) has not opened
- frog spawn seems to adapting(new) doing good
-feather duster (yr old) no longer coming out little pods were pulling and eating at it ( in 15 g), was coming out every day till the pods got out of control
- two little clown fish(new)doing awsome
ok now for my question
do i need better lighting on a 20 gal tall?
and if i do will another 24" glo work?
and if any one in the red deer area has any thing
24" that would work better for around $50 that I can use with my glo,
