Twin spot gobies

Has anyone had any luck with these guys. I've tried with no success. Also read that they do much better in pairs. So how about it, any long time survivers?

Love them, but no luck either. Even in a 210g tank. Always kept pairs, but none lasted more than 2 or 3 months.

We've had ours since late July - he's almost tripled in size since then (still quite small though). We didn't know we needed a pair and he seems to be doing quite well. I hope ours continues for a long time - he's cool!!

I know this is a super old thread, but I was wondering if there were any recent success stories about these guys. What made it successful and what are the pitfalls to avoid? Any tips on getting a twin spot to eat prepared foods? I am considering a pair for my 135 gallon. Any advice would be helpful.
