Siphon flow rate or formula.

Cannot seem to find them anywhere , looking for a formula to do siphon drain calculations.

its going to depend on your diameter of the hose that you are using

I reread that link earlier and couldn't see a specific answer, friction on pipe was an unknown, me thinks I will have to do my own test with a 5 gallon bucket and a stopwatch.

It isn't as simple as the diameter of the pipe...you have to factor in the head pressure that is pushing the water through. I think you will need to do some experiments.

Figured it might be tricky but didn't expect it to be as hard as finding the recipe for Coca Cola, I got a spreadsheet from Beananimal earlier this evening which gives me some numbers, I will do some tests to see how they compare in the real world.

Thanx for the help.
