vendor rating poles
 

Ok, just had a question. Lest say 4 months ago I had a dealing with a vendor and it was great, so I give him a good vote in the pole. now lest say this month I buy something and the whole experience was down the drain, is there a way to modify my vote on that vendor, or does he still get the outstanding vote even if it should be neutral?

Should be allowed to vote for every transaction.
