curing time

I bought some Marina brand aquarium silicone and there is nothing on the tube for curing time. I looked on the internet and all I can find is boat silicone. Has anyone used this silicone before? I'm guessing it's 24hr curing time but I would like a knowledgable answer to be safe.

It all depends on temp, humidity, ect but I would give it at least 48 hrs
I built a 180 g tank and I left it for 4 days before I filled it for the first time

I'm sealing bulkheads. I couldn't get them to seal so I got ****ed off and bought silcone to seal them.
