Where to get cheap frags?
 

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie. Just wanted to say hi.

Anyway, does anyone know where I can get some cheap, small fragss in Edmonton ($5 - $15)? All these corals are like $40 - $80 each! I want something small, cheap, and easy to take care of since I'm a newbie, so I was thinking zoos or mushrooms.

I asked Aquaium Illusions and they said they are setting up their farm, but I haven't heard anything on here about it so I assume it isn't up yet...

Well last time i was in they had water in the tanks, still no heat or anything else but water is a start. :mrgreen: If i had anything more than frags myself i would give you some, but i don't. If you want something i could go halfs on it if it's something i don't have already. By the way welcome the the obsesion. :cool:

They put in about half a dozen red mushrooms the other day. I haven't heard of when they'll be adding more, but they have a toadstool, some xenia and a couple trees earmarked for the farm already. There's a yellow scroll that'll frag well if anyone is looking to split it.

Come to Calgary, and I can get you lots of frags. :biggrin:
