Tank stand

Just wondering what size square tubing should be used for a 90 gallon tank stand? 48x18.

Most of the stands I have seen under 90 gallon tanks were built with 1 inch square tubing. Of course 1 inch tubing comes in different wall thicknesses. Obviously the thicker the tubing the stronger it will be. You could get away with using smaller tubing with a thicker wall. I welded a stand for a 135 gallon tank using 1 inch tubing for the legs and angle iron under the tank itself. Hope this gives you some ideas.
