Looks good! You have lots of room for growth! I have some of those reds that you need! I just fragged a few pieces from my tank today!

Nice work!

Looking really good. Pretty impressive for only 4 months.

nice, wished mine had looked like that after 4 months

Thanks Tom R. Your tanks are an inspiration and one day.......

Thanks Karazy. I agree and it looks like Oceanic is already setting things up to make the colour just right.

Thanks Oceanic-buddy. You had a lot to do with it.

mseepman and Mark, thanks. I think that I can attribute the success partly to Canreef members with sharing their knowledge and their generosity. The fact that the live rock came straight from Jakarta and into the tank certainly helped as well. I hardly got any serious situation regarding cycling the tank. I'm still tweaking it though.

Cheers

Lookin' Good! It looks a lot more mature than 4 months.

Looking good Richard. The LR is well covered with purple coraline. Yeah, it does look more mature than 4 months.

Thanks guys. I didn't say it was easy (nor cheap!).
The LR when I got it was covered in macro algae and coraline plus a whole lot of other things that weren't visible then. That with live sand the cycling was quick. I remember getting strange glances when I said that I thought my tank went through the cycle already and it was only 3 weeks. I bought the tank on the 28th of March and have since then spent close to $6,000.00 (probably more but I don't want to know that).
Cheers
