Leather coral ID pls

Anyone have an Idea if this is a sarcophytan, or toadstool? or something else?
cant find pics online with polyps retracted.

polyps will be out in a week or so i believe, and that will make ID easier, but i am impatient today :mrgreen:

Dude its a Sarcophyton. My bad I should have told you that when you grabbed it. Now it might not be accurate but the listing for it when it came in was Sarcophyton Elegans. But you know sometimes the listing is never what it is.

yea the label just said leather coral, but it looks like an Elegans because of the folds i think.
