Isn't the first one your tank Greg?

I would have to say my canreef idol tanks are: (in no particular order)

Superfudge's
Snappy's
Jason Mck's

Hey Stinky I think if you were to actually see a tank like these "Idol tanks" in person you might feel differently.

When I see pictures like that, it does cross my mind just to pack it in.

I've also been feeling that way about mine for awhile now.

it's nice seeing a tank with just the right ammount of open space in a tank.

Steve's is my favorite (from vancouver right?)

Down the road when I get more space and I'm living somewhere steady I want a tank following that kinda idea. Not 800 gallons of course but I think that could be done at like 100-200 gallons without having to buy a crapload of rock. 3'x3'x28" (157g) maybe with a 400W 10k light on a lumenarc III reflector? Maybe a little extra T5 if the breaker supports it? That center valley gives for a great 3D composition to your tank and helps with the problem of liverock costs at the same time :D

nice thread there on RC though. Gives lots of ideas for tank design. God I can't wait till school's over and I get out of this rental house!
