just starting my tank
 
I just started to plumb my 155bowfront.In the next couple of days,i will be adding in my liverock.I just had purchase some big tonga rock,and i was wondering after pasting my cycle..Is there any chemical or something to maintain a good color on my rocks.I have no experience on taking care of liverock.Can someone give me some good advise???

I am assuming toy mean coraline algae. You need good water conditions..

Not all helpful but the right basic direction.

From personal exprerience I tended to get dark purple, pink, a wierd red color, and white...dpending n intensity of lighting. Darkest purple came with the least light it was very thick as well
