Need help with computer.

Ok I cant type on msn it always says "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients" but i can use the pencile item but still cant type anyone know how to fix this?

What version of MSN are you using? On some versions, you have to appear online (online/away/busy/etc.) to send a message (maybe you're set to "Appear Offline"?)
