FS in Edmonton: 90g Complete System

Hi everyone!
I've decided to sell my entire 90g tank setup. Here is what's for sale:

SYSTEM:
Oceanic 90g Tank
Fully plumbed with PVC
Rear-corner overflow with double-durso
Two fans blowing air in from the rear of the canopy
Beautiful wood stand in cherry finish - very elegant
Matching canopy with flip-up lid
20g Sump with bio-balls
Heater
Total asking price: $500 obo.

HARDWARE:
2 AB pendants each with AB ballast, plus Phoenix 14k HQI bulbs (~6 months old) - $400 obo.
ASM G1.5 Skimmer $100
3x160g pails of IO salt $40 each
1 10g tank $10
1 homemade kalk-reactor (make me an offer)
Some food and tools/supplies/, etc. (come take a look, and make me an offer)

Buyer will need to have a means of transporting the tank and base to your location. I will empty the tank out once the livestock is sold (ad in the Livestock forum), of course.

How much are you wanting for the live rock?

Nice set up, too bad you are so far away. For interest what are the dimensions of the tank and what is the total height?

The dimensions of the tank are approx. 48" (L) x 18" (W) x 23" (H).
