workhorse starter?
 

on Workhorse website(fulham.com), wiring diagram for workhorse 7 states when using on linear bulbs (t5hoX4) use a starter..
Is this ballast not an instant start electronic ballast?
guys on local forum say it (wh ballasts) burn out t5's fast
curious of this starter issue, if it'll help/hinder this..
or is this a misinformation from the company?
