Picture Editing Software

Just wondering if any one has any good downloads for photo editing..I dont want to go buy one, and i have seen a few downloads but just dont know which ones are good?

Photoshop CS2 is my program of choice, although vary far from free.

GIMP if you're looking for free...

I'm still partial to paint shop pro for the $$$ program.
