what is this

Sorry i cant get a pic,I got some new live rock and I have a hitchhicker it is about 1/2 " long by a 1/4" wide it looks like a white musscle shell that opens and closes and inside is a clear/wite round almost looks like a filter feeder any idea? its not a good description please give me some ideas
