Impulse Buy, getting ready to move and don't want to deal with bringing it with me along with all the other stuff.

2 x 250watt Magnetic Ballasts In Box
Extra Long Cords
Mogul Socket
2 x 14k SunAquatics Bulbs.
(no reflectors)

Tested and works well, just not interested in moving it.
Take it off me for exactly what I paid for it - $250

Would you do it for $200? But will you ship it to Ottawa? I'll pay for the shipping of course. I can paypal you the $$. Some questions. Is the ballast electronic or regular? Does it have pulse start? Can you send me a picture of the stuff.
