 Zoo question

I have a rock that is covered with Zoo's that I noticed tonight seems to be expelling black droplets that seem to float away with the current. Is this normal or should I be concerned? It seems that all the zoos on this rock are doing this.

As far as i know, its ether taking a poop or expelling extra algae ( i forget what its called but its the algae that grows inside zoos which make them photosythetic). I've had a colony do this before and nothing ill happened to them so i thought nothing of it.
Had you ever fed them or is there anything small enough that you've fed that thye might be eating? |

Just feeding the tank DT's. Looks really weird almost like oil drops that come out of the mouth.

Wouldn't happen to have a digital camera handy so we can see exactly what it is you're talking about? Remote diagnosis is difficult without a pic but I would vote for it taking a coral cr@p. Corals usually only expel their symbiotic algae when under extreme stress.

ITS NORMAL . . . eventually you'll see other corals do the same thing . . . its just a way for them to poop  besides . . . the things corals eat has to come out somewhere
