Acrylic canopy question
 

If you put fans on this, do you think it could handle a third 250w MH bulb?

I think it will warp at the very least.

Just my opinion with not much to base it on though.

Hard to say - is it open-topped? Can we see it? :biggrin:

I think you could have one build out of MDF for about that price or cheaper, I'll post a pic of the one I just did when I get a chance.

Yah, I hesitate to trust an acrylic canopy. Got another lead for an aquarium canopy and am checking that one out now.

Majestic aquariums maybe? If you had him build it you'd be very happy I bet.

The link has no picture available. You could modify it (fans and top vents) to allow for better cooling. Whats with the UV lense? Am I missing something?
