Coral eater.
Does anyone know if it’s possible that my coral beauty ate my gsp?
|
If that’s the case, some reefers would be happy to hear that a nuisance coral can be controlled or eradicated .

Possible for sure but highly unlikely. Depending on your feeding, when push come to shove, food is food.

Coral Beauty will go after the polyps of any coral of its really hungry. But if the beauty is fed well enough on a proper schedule then they will leave your corals alone. Mine does.

Could be possible
It could be possible it ate your gsp as coral beauty angelfish is more prone into stony and soft corals in which the gsp coral is.
It all depends on how aggressive your coral beauty angelfish is. In most cases, if they have pick on it, it’ll most likely be gone. I’ve heard from others where their coral beauty angelfish ate all of their corals! |
