I would scrape the algae off of any snails, you don't want that possible bryopsis in your tank at all.

Those small snails I don't know what they are. I had a bunch on some live rock I bought but bleached it so there gone. Some sort lf limpet snail

I'm super OCD with putting anything unknown in my tank I go over everything with dental tools and flashlight, replug any frags and don't add any rocks to my tank. Bleach, peroxide, coral dip, iodine, dettol are my friends.

Do some googling on Bryopsis & limpet snails then make your own decision.

The small hitchhiking snails are "slipper snails"

The algae looks like bryopsis as mentioned above. There is a lengthy post in regard to it taking over tanks and treatment options. IMHO I would discard the rock and pickup a new Piece of LR. I have learned the hard way with a chunk of LR with aptasia. You will end up spending a lot of time and money trying to remove bryopsis. Hopefully you find the answer you want in moving forward.
