LF large sump tank

Looking for a sump tank for a new build.
System will be 250G + the skimmer chamber must be atleast 10" x 14"
Let me know if you have anything that might work.
Located in aldergrove but can meet or pick up.

sump

hi there I have a sump
skimmer chamber12x27 followed by four bubble baffles.
Its built from an aquarium I think 25gal.
