Looks like they glued a couple of piece of acrylic or plastic on top to prevent bowing( in the picture). Remember mine bowing a lot too but never had problem with it, mine use to be the small refugium

I am more so looking for something like these to house my anemones in my main display until the anemone tank cycles properly. this way I wouldn't have to worry about adding another light.

Depends if you're looking for fancy or not, I just went to the dollar store and bought some perforated holding containers. They sell narrow longer ones that blocks minimal light and to attach it I just used some plastic clamps, easy and cheap since it wasn't permanent for me. Eventually those clear plastic boxes turn brown or get covered with coraline anyways...
