FS Blue/Purple Clam
 

So tonight I bought a clam, brought it home and within seconds my trigger thought it was a snack..lol yes I'm an idiot.

Anyway its now needing a new home. I paid $114 today so I'll sell it for $110 or trade for some nice coral. Its about 3-4 inches I'm guessing.

The pics are of it closed because it never go the chance to open. As soon as my fish was interested I pulled it. It was just starting to come out. The meat is purple and it has florescent blue dots all over it. My loss...

Has the mantle fully expanded again yet?

was discussing this clam with seller, was kind enough to send some pics and a vid.

I've decided it's not the clam for me but it looks completely healthy with a robust mantle now.

IN case anyone is wondering.
