Try tying the pump higher up, off the bottom of the ATO container so it is sucking up water high in Kalk, rather than the pasty kalk residue on the bottom. 5 or 6 inches up should keep it clear of that gummy kalk residue and keep your pump from getting clogged so frequently.

I use some vinegar when I mixed my kalk 1/3 cup then the kalk mixed it then added it to my Ro then into my ATO bucket never had any precip in my ATO container and my tunze pump is right on the bottom

try 1/3 cup vinegar I also used a 5g ATO put your kalk in a container, bowl or whatever then add the vinegar mix it until no lumps I then added it to my full 5g bucket of RO water

never had any sediment in my ATO bucket

you can also search on youtube for how to do this as well

I agree with raising the pump draw level. The wife's tank only runs kalk as a top up with the aqua lifter pump. It draws 2 inches up from the bottom of the container. Also I don't use the prefilter and never had a problem with clogging.

So i fill up about every 4 days with a new batch of kalk, do i need to clean the bottom of my ato bin, as there is a lot of white stuff on the bottom, or can i just add my 5g of ro water with new kalk to it

Don't understand you don't use the pre filter in the aqua-lifter pump, do i have to take a part out from my pump

You could buy or build a Nilson Reactor.
