Unplanned outage 30 Jul 2015
 

Hello,

There has been an unplanned access issue on the site on 30 Jul 15 due to failure of resolving the domain name www.canreef.com to its IP address.

Root cause was due to a planned migration work on the primary DNS server to new hardware. The server was powered down and traffic was supposed to have been handled by the backup DNS server. However this didn't work as planned and further investigation will take place for this. Meanwhile the primary DNS server has been powered on and there are no more access issues. Apologies with the inconveniences caused.
