If everyone posted only in their local forums, it would be like RC, as good as RC is of course. But to many local forums and half their posts/threads are in them. Way to many to check. Of course we are not as large but still I like the way we are best.

Love to talk about New setup for newbie

I put my sand rock in my tank filled it left heaters on and pumps to cycle. But then left town and my tank was on 2 weeks then got turned off and water evaporated.

I think the rock was pukani it was dry when bought and sand was cant remember green background pink writing. Anyhow lol wondered can I still restart my cycle???. Should I drop a shrimp in or can I use a chemical to speed the process so I can add fish.

Cheers

For newbies :-)

The "reef" forum works as well though.
