All around fairly good reviews and ships from BC. Pretty sure free shipping too, plus a free TDS meter.

I have one of these systems. Solid, nothing fancy, gets the job done!

How long did it take for yours to ship after placing the order? Placed mine a couple of days ago and the status just says "shipped". I have no clue when to expect this thing.

If I recall, it was pretty quick. 2 or 3 days.

I'm also considering buying this RO/DI system (sick of lugging distilled water home for the tank)...but haven't really got a great place to install it permanently. With this system would it be possible to just attach it to my kitchen sink, make the water I need, and then stow it away for the next time I need it? Or would that be a time consuming/painstaking task?

Yes you can. Just buy the faucet adapter. I have it on order as well, since my place would not permit a permanent fixture installed.

I should also add that after purchasing the kitchen sink faucet adapter, you might need an additional adapter ring (any hardware store sells them for a couple bucks). Just bring the faucet adapter and ask a worker what adapter ring size you need.
