Coral banded shrimp vs. cleanup crew
 

I don't have any snails, hermits or shrimp in my tank but am planning ahead.

Will coral banded shrimp kill and eat snails, hermits, etc? If they will then I won't get the coral banded shrimp.

I've had 2 CBS, and they didn't eat the critters you mention, from what I could tell. Some people say they go after their fish, tho...

:eek: Mine would eat the odd bristleworm, but not a lot. Others have used them for worm control.
