Holy smoke, tank breed Genicanthus personatus

It has been a good year for tank breed angelfish. This latest news made everything else looks like cake walk. Enjoy!

It certainly has. Interesting how that video was more about a food, as heard in the musical lyrics, did you find any other info about tank bred Genicanthus personatus??

So far my favourite imports are the tank bred Chaetodontoplus duboulayi http://www.incredibleaquarium.com/in...oducts_id=3724 but I would certainly be interested in some of these.

Here is the scoop: http://www.reefs.com/blog/2014/08/30...red-captivity/

The food turned out to be instrumental.

yep, it was the great work of the one and only Karen Brittain. I have a lot of respect for her not only because her work on captive breeding fish but also her passion toward this hobby. I had a pleasure of exchanging emails with her some time ago regarding keeping of some rare angelfish. She was kind of enough to answer all my questions.
For those who want to follow Karen's work, you can find her blog at:

And of course the latest blog with details of the TB persontus. Pictures of the parents are stunning.
