Dead Conch???

My orange lipped conch hasn't moved in 2 days. I think it is dead? I've flipped it upside down to see if rights itself. If its dead should I remove it or leave it? I'd like to leave its shell in the tank but I'm afraid it could fowl my water.

Smell it , if you almost vomit then it's dead lol. Oh and then toss it.

Hahaha, well it didn't turn itself over and when I took it out I took a sniff although I didn't stick it right to my nose! RIP
