Was watching an episode of Globetrekker tonight about Dubai. Pretty impressive city. I know they already have that underwater hotel called the Hydropolis there.

On the show, they showed this neat little man-made Island development complex called the Palm:

I read that the lots are actually quite inexpensive and are mainly being marketed to middle-class Europeans looking for an affordable vacation property?
