Bi-colour Blennie

My Bi-colour Blennie which I've had for 5 months went pure white 4 days ago which is apparently a sign of stress and today it showed up dead with no signs of injury. Nothing else in my tank is showing any signs of stress or unusual behaviour and if anything haven't seen the fish this happy in a long time.

Anybody have a clue as to what might of caused the Blennie to die?

I have a lawnmower Blennie and several non aggressive species of shrimp and all my other fish have clearly defined territories and sleeping spots and never had an issue with the Bi-colour.
