LF 1 inch PVC Wye

I'm working on plumbing my tank and none of the plumbing supply stores seem to have 1 inch PVC Y fittings. The only store that has them is Corix in Abbotsford. I thought I'd try my luck on this forum.

Any local reefers willing to sell me a 1 inch wye?

Not as well as a wye....

That would be a hard fitting to get. I'm actually surprised that anyone would have it. If they have it and you absolutely need it then I would grab it as I doubt your going to find it anywhere else.

y fitting

for splitting a drain i used an abs y and glued it with abs/pvc glue.for a return i used a pvc t with a couple of 45s on the out and a 45 above the pump, both work great

Thanks Bill, it's for splitting a drain, I want one stream going to the refugium. Interesting, can you actually find abs wyes?

Wye fittings are more for drainage you can get them in abs or larger PVC. Drainage fitting but finding one in 1" PVC will be hard. I'm a plumber and never seen one I'm sure they make them Just a odd fitting.

Abs wye's are very common in 1 1/2". So you would need to bush them down to the 1".
