Please ID I have no idea

Can you guys try and ID what this is. I found it on a piece of rock today.
It's Tiny. It's like the size of a grain of rice.

Limpet , harmless little guy

It's not a shell. It's a jelly like thing. It curls around like an upside down white mushroom with a hole in the centre. It doesn't move either, It's stuck on to the rock.

Then its probably a baby mushroom

I must be blind because I can barely see that thing.
