Is there any fish that originate in Australia that can be in a sps reef?

Anything else? Like angels or butterfly's? Hi Fin Coradion Butterflyfish?

For butterfly, Chelmon marginalis is your best bet. This is the Australian version of Chelmon rostratus (copperband). It's as reef safe as copperband.
For angelfish, I don't see many Australian angelfish coming into Canada, other than Chaetodontoplus meredithi and Chaetodontoplus duboulay (scribbled).
Australia has more fish than that but because of high cost of collection, holding and transportation, we don't see them that often, not in Canada at least.

Interesting. Ok well I might look at that butterfly you mentioned. I have an annularius and blue tang with 3 damsels and a chromis so I have room more a few more. Don't want to over stock and make it look crowded, just to look like a community.
