High Quality Power Bar/Strip?

I'm aware of many lesser-quality power bars/strips, but I'm looking for your long-term experience with power bars/strips that you are happy with, and would buy again! Doesn't need smarts, a switch isn't even required - reliability, and not-burning-my-house-down features are top of the list ;)

I have 4 Digital Aquatics PC4's already, and I'm looking to plug in my lights (7 plugs) to a DA Expansion Socket (controlled by a PC4 port), and instead of getting 2 more PC4's, I think I'd rather get a high quality 7 or 8 port power bar/strip (or two x 4 port units).

Unless someone has a couple PC4's they are looking to sell for a good deal :D

Commercial power strips like these:

are used in big setups. Don't know about the brand but this is the type used.

I use an 8 port American Dj Pc-100A Rack Mount Power Switcher http://www.long-mcquade.com/products..._Rackmount.htm. Very popular with reefers on RC....

See they have locations in Edmonton so you should be able to get one locally

I should add that they are all metal construction, individual on off buttons and ample room for those big odd shaped plugs we seem to be saddled with in this hobby.

EB4/EB6/EB8 from Neptune for the Apex controller. They are rock solid but a little specific in purpose. What I like most about them is they are able to track amperage (with the controller) and also they document the individual socket max amps depending on what type of relay they are using. Makes it easier to know confidently that you are with spec.

I just went to home depot and got a "contractor grade" GFCI power bar and ran my american DJ switches off of that. Actually I have 2 cause I noticed on a bad day when everything turns on at once the surge trips the GFCI.
Otherwise Costco stocks I believe APC brand power bars/surge protectors and they've never given me a problem.
Use them all over the house actually.

I have a couple APC ones as well, have had them for years with no issues what so ever. Those American DJ ones look pretty nice though!
