you know G1GY I have yet to get any spam from astrowars and I have been playing for over a year. I have a premium account and I get no banners either, and when I wasn't a premium the banners were small and out of the way. They wern't flashy and distracting. Out of all the free online games I play this one is the best in that area and the game play is great once you get into it.

I have to agree, I havent noticed any increase in spam, the banners are pretty much unnoticable, and its hella fun =)

I cant figure out how to buy stuff?

Tis a good game I've been playing it for about a month now.

At first its a little boring - need to build up your robotic factories before you can really do anything, but once you're rolling yer rolling :)

As stated above there is no spam other than banner ads at top of pages ... no biggie there

and it does take some time to get going at first but you can use that time to get familiar with the game rules and read up on the FAQ

once there is a winner then a new beta is started ... all that get started this beta are free to post questions here and if they decide to play from the start next beta can join up with us from the beginning :cool:

If you like war/diplomacy/strategy then this will hook you by the gills :razz:

Click planets ---> " your planet " ---> " spend "

it will tell you how many points to next level on right side ... dont worry about Starbase unless you are attacked

build up Robotic Factories and Hydroponic farms first and then Cybernets and labs

you can also purchase destroyers / transports ( to take over enemy or unknown planets ) / colony ships ( to take over " free planets " )

In science screen you should have culture level of 2 or more to start so you can start sending colony ships to free planets immediately

culture level 2 means you can have 2 planets ... culture level 3 then 3 planets and so on

Sadly it looks like AW has died :( <drums play taps>
