Uniseal vs Bulkhead

Picked up an Rodi system today, no more lugging bottles from the grocery store! Just wondering what is best, uniseal or bulkhead for a Rubbermaid brute mixing station?

For glass or acrylic tank, bulkhead is recommended.

For plastic containers, uniseal all day long.

Yup, uniseal for sure. Ive been running mine for two years on my brutes not a single drop has leaked from them.

Bulkheads are best for flat surfaces. Anything with a rounded surface you should use uniseals.

Anyone have a local source for uniseals, or is online the best option? I haven't seen these in the local hardware shops...

Try Barr plastics

Home Hardware sells a bulkhead made for rain barrels for only a couple of dollars. I've been using them for years without issue. Only problem is that they have one size only.

I built my water change station with uniseals from reefsupplies.ca worked perfect
