What about that dude that has like 20,000 posts that has a signature that says something about not being an Apex rep, and don't PM him. What about him? He's there lots.

Ya, he told me about a secret setting that Neptune would give me, and when they gave me wrong instructions, Russ didn't reply and you can't PM him. I made 4 posts over the last few days and that's all I got. 100 views each, but no replies. Other new posts, same thing.
