Just upgraded to 250w Aqualight Pro. WOW!!!
 

Big thanks to Mike at Hidden Reef for helping me upgrade my lighting from a 150w to the 250w version of the Aqualight Pro with 14000k Aquaconnect bulbs. On my 220g, 29" deep tank, I can only say "WOW!!!" The light is soooo much bright & more blue than with the 13000k Geisemanns. Loved the Geisemanns & I credit them with being one of the few bulbs that could have kept my corals happy under only 150w DE with such a deep tank. However, now that I have the 250w, it's time to bring home some of those sps frags & colonies I've been holding/growing in other reefers' tanks (thanks Chin & Marie).

I have to tinker with my dig. camera to figure out how to take pics under the new 14000k lights without everything going too blue. The pics so far are much bluer than what the naked eye sees.

Again, so happy with this 250w DE unit.
