Well its bitter sweat. We just had our first child and I'm seeing that I just don't have time for my tank. I love my reef and my fish friends but I just don't think I can give them the attention they need so time to sell. Selling the system COMPLETE.

Gleasman bulbs new.
Tunze ato
Reefkeeper light
Blue led stunner strip

Vertex 100gpd rodi system

80 lbs sand

I was told by a couple of experienced reefers to prepare my tanks to be on minimal maintenance for about 9 months or so after the birth of my first child (Felicia). They were right.

Good luck.

I wish i had a reef tank when my children were babies, I think you could prop them in front and they would be really entertained.

+1

Kids need your time and attention but you need something for yourself (time and/or a hobby) to keep your sanity. A tank is a great educational tool as well. My kids love it and my oldest can name all kinds of fish and invertebrates.

You guys suck lol guess I'll be keeping it. I really do love the hobby. Thinking about getting away from corals and concentrating on fish and my rose bubble tip that is splitting every few months. Thanks guys I'm back on board.

do whatever you like they are just suggestions and comments to help you out there is a big learning curve to make it all work and a supportive partner sure helps but good luck either way
