A few Sunset Zoos available

After almost a year I was able to make five small frags of the Sunset Zoos. Two are spoken for, and I am keeping one. This is not a fast grower, so I expect it to be another year before more are available. Send me a PM if you want one. However, I don't want to get into shipping, so I would suggest only those who can pick up should reply to this.

Lovely zoo, boB

Once we get our house back in order from the tank change over, from terrarium construction, and my stay in hospital, we plan to have an open house. If you'd like to come for that, I sure would like to have you bring me a frag of that zoo

I am of mixed emotions, as I would like to come up for that. The problem is that everyone wants zoos. And no matter how much I would like to accommodate them, I find making frags to be nervewracking. The other problem is that there are only 20 polyps left on the mother rock, and I don't want to frag it more. I would however recommend a frag of the Fluorescent Green/Orange zoanthid, which is fairly close in color, but a much better grower. I expect to have lots of those available. I will take a picture of that one real soon.

Bob
I'm sure any zoo frags you bring if and when you come for a visit will be snapped up  Which of your zoos do you find grow faster?(besides your famous green zoos)

There are three or four besides the now infamous green ones that are very good growers. I think the best of these is the Fluorescent Green/Orange zoo. I am doing the best I can by fragging some every day. My goal is to put all the frags in my 15 gallon Q tank upstairs, which is waiting for the summer heat to subside. In addition I am down to four frag plugs, so I have to get some rubble. On top of everything else I soon have to learn how to frag Ricordia.

You just cut up the ricordea like other mushrooms. Good luck with growth, mine just sit there.

boB,

If you don't feel comfortable bringing any zoos on your next trip up, please don't worry about it. You can still come over and just enjoy the trip  No big deal. I actually have quite a few zoo frags that need to grow for awhile. Maybe you'll see something you like and we can decide on what we can swap
