On Christmass eve we shopped online with the Source and bought a camera pack, with an extra lense. Got called on the folllowing Saturday, pick your stuff up. Great got a camera but no lens. No prob we'll have one shipped .

17 days later 2 promised reships, multiple emails, phone calls non returned emails and phone calls and guess what no lens. Going to see if i can stop visa from paying.

So if you want to pay for something your not going to get shop The Source Online, I guarantee you'll be angry.:mad2:

My cousin bought a 480 dollar head set from them, with extended warranty, there was something wrong with them. Source wouldn't exchange them nor honor the extended warranty they sold him.
They had a good sale on something I wanted for my kid for xmas, I went somewhere else and payed more but at least I knew I wouldn't have any trouble if there was something wrong with it.

My wife bought a new cordless phone from The Source back in the summer and got the extended warranty along with it. No sooner did she get it home, one of our birds chewed the power cord right through and wrecked it. A phone call and trip back to the store resulted in a brand new replacement no questions asked. No problems with The Source here.

You're well within the time frame for a chargeback from visa.

They'll get you to fill out a form, ask you some questions and then pull the money out of the merchants account. The merchant will get a form from visa to fill out and visa will decide on who's right based on the info they get back and the person who they find right gets the money back.

Yep, I would not hesitate one second longer. You gave them more than enough time to do right by you. Time to call Visa. (Keep and document EVERYTHING...EMAILS- FAXES- DATES OF PHONE CALLS ETC!)

Update , they finally sent a tracking number for my missing part!!! Let's hope it's the right one and not damaged and they SAY they are sending a couple gift cards for the hassles. WE"LL see if that comes out as truth.:razz:
