internal Coast to coast thoughts?

I'm wondering on your thoughts, those who have done internal coast to coast overflows. I don't think the Pipe style one will look good on my tank?? The one I seen looks kinda like Toilet plumbing, with the ABS pipe and such. Then theres the box style, they cause a shadow on back wall. How's the V style? Are they noisy? I guess I could use Herbie style drain with it??

lets see some pics to help me out. I got so many ideas in my brain right now that they are all a jumble

A glass cap essentially silences all overflows, never been a fan ov standpipes myself. Also - always go with a 2" drain, or preferably 2 - 2" drains. I have yet to hear of 2 - 2" drains ever getting plugged. Fail to plan, plan to fail is what I say

I think I'm sold on the C2C But still debating the Box style, or V. Anyone got pictures of both styles in use? Was thinking 3 1" bulkheads. 2, on the ends to a 1.5" gate valve, then the 3rd open. So as to create a Herbie. Having the Emergency drain the center one.

heres a pic of mine, its not C2C but i planned it to be. It just took up to much room, so it is only about 6 inches long. Its not quite a V but i have a 1.5" durso in it. Next time its going to be an external C2C.
