Jebao DCP 18000 Issues

I will start by saying I know these pumps are get what you pay for however there are some good reviews on them and they pump a ton of water... Until yesterday if stopped working. I get an Error Number 05 on the control unit. Wondering if anyone has one of these pumps and wondering if they ever got a similar error and how to fix. I does feel like there is power to the pump but nothing is working. I don't have a clue what the errors mean nor does Jebao give you a method to figure it out...so here I am

I've had issues with my pump. The impeller shaft is ceramic and tends to build up with calcium deposits, especially at the front of the impeller. Soak it for a day, or overnight if you can.
