FS: 110 cube custom YYC

So, here we go again. Moving into our first house within the next month and plans are already brewing for a much, much larger tank. While I friggin love this tank I refuse to move with it and I need to concentrate on my last year of schooling. So a year respite from all things aquatic is probably a good idea. I can focus on school and some home reno's that will need doing. Anyway, absolutely no parasites, pests. Rock is the good stuff Elie at concepts sells, lots of shelves. Was dead a year and a half ago but seeded with hand picked rock from 5 different locales around the world for max seeding of various micro-life. All prices are negotiable with large purchases. Fish have had no issues at all. All eating flake except mandarin who still likes brine/mysis and is a female.
Tank and stand and all equipment is for sale as well but ill post that in hardware.

Fish Pricing:
Purple: $150
Fairy wrasse: $30
Mandarin: $20
Black Clowns: $55 (both) or with bta $ 110
-they have been guarding an area around the bta but I have yet to see eggs and they would appear a little small to be breeding. Maybe practicing
Hector goby: $ 20 or free to whoever buys a bunch
Possum wrasse $50 awesome fish but hard to capture
2 sexy shrimp $25 for both, they hang out in the anenome
2 peppermints $20 for both

Coral:
-this will be hard so the best way would be to see it as almost all of the pieces are encrusted over their rocks
most rocks containing 3 small colonies will be about $100 but discounts in buying multiples
-left over rock ie. no coral on it is $3 a pound.
-small frags $15 med $20-25 small colonies $25-30
-red planet large $40

I feel I am a pretty reasonable guy and while I am not pressured to move this I, and the wife, would like to see it go so I can concentrate on other things.
Feel free to text/call me at 587-999-9568. Thanks

Update (everything left)

Clowns, paired blacks= $40
Coral= $10-25 frags to mini colonies, lots of sps left ie. red planet, austrailan wilds, tri colors etc.

Rock: $2 a pound about 20 # left

All coral and rock for $ 400 save $150 vs piecing it out. Is 19 pieces with about 11 being mini-med colonies.
