Sounds good does anyone know of any Lfs that stocks these?

Also, how hardy are these fish?
Specifically in terms of diet?
I know with golden head sleeper gobies they tend to starve in tanks over time as they don't feed well on fish food.

I think Colby had some on sunday at Bayside Corals in Saskatoon if you can't find any locally...

Our local shop has them in stock, pm me if you can't find any locally,I am flying down Monday and can bring you one. I have one left in my 300, does a bang up job keeping the sand clean ( 3 years now) cool fish to watch they work nearly constantly scooping up mouthfuls of sand.

sand sifters

I recently got an orange-spotted goby on Boxing Day at J&L. It looked quite healthy at the LFS, but unfortunately even after slowing acclimating it into my tank, I failed to see it from that day onwards. A week later, I went to King Ed's and got a dragon goby. Very hardly and a great sand sifter. It will even swim among the fish to eat brine shrimp, in addition to sifting the sand constantly. I highly recommend this one. There are still a couple left since I have been there last week.

@ Mr Fish55;
Thank you very much for the generous offer! I am not sure that a tank my size could support one of these gobies, I think I will do some more research before getting one.

@ Volitan;
Thanks for the heads up definitely one of the options I will keep in mind.
