Giving Up Internet for Lent
 

Yeah, I know Lent started on Wednesday, but better late than never? As part of my own spiritual journey, I've decided to give up the internet, starting tomorrow (Sunday, February 10).

I will miss Canreef most....but I'll see you all again in about 6 weeks :)

Er ... well, good luck with that. Can I have my drill bits back before then???? :neutral: Since I won't be able to nag you about it via PM ;)

LOL. Tony, I was planning on giving them to Joel. Is that what you wanted? And yeah...email is part of the internet, but I also have to do my job, which requires the use of my work email account. I do what I can.

It's what Joel wanted anyhow ... I just want them back at some point ;) (please?)

Edit: If just one of you can at least let me know who has them ... basically my concern here is that I don't want to lose track of them. I'll be needing to do some plumbing in the coming weeks so at some point I do need them back. :)

Absolutely. At this point, I just feel bad for having it so long :redface: Maybe I should give up borrowing drill bits for lent? If you'd rather have me just return them to you, that's cool....obviously :)

We'll miss ya. Al Gore isn't going to find this amusing. People giving up one of his inventions for a religious reason!!!!

I gave up giving things up for Lent a few Lents ago. :lol:
