GE SCS1200 Silicone Cure Time

Hi all,
Just a quick question regarding the cure time for GE SCS1200.
I was wondering how long does it take for the silicone to cure and ready for water.

Based on the SCS1200 Product description it states:
Cure Time
24 hours (1/4” or 6 mm deep section @ 75°F, 50% RH)
Full Cure (common applications)
5-7 days

I am unsure the difference between cure vs full cure. I have let my project sit for 30 hours already. Do you guys recommend for me to wait the 5-7 days or am I good to go?

Thanks all,
Martin

If you're building a good sized tank, 5-7 days. If you're adding a sump baffle, maybe 24 hours.

Thanks Aquattro for your quick reply.

My project is just a simple installation of ¼” glass baffles for a 10 gallon sump. I don’t have to worry about any toxins leaking in my water?

After it's fully dried on the outside, no, you're fine. If it's strength you're after ,then more time is required.
